A British man has died after he was attacked by bouncers at a nightclub in Spain, a report claims.
Tobias White-Sansom, 35, from Nottingham, had travelled to Magaluf, in Majorca, where his millionaire brother has a villa, for a holiday.
The shocking incident happened in the Boomerang nightclub, known for its celebrity nights and guest DJs, where the dad-of-two was partying with his girlfriend.
According to his brother, Maximillian White, Tobias had gone back inside to retrieve his T-shirt but was told his belongings had been put away.
Maximillian, who was not there but heard from witnesses, told the Mirror his brother then went for another drink at the bar when a security guard grabbed him from behind.
It’s believed Tobias resisted because he didn’t know who it was, which is when ‘three or four’ bouncers allegedly took him down and beat him ‘really badly’.
‘Then they handcuffed him and beat him really bad again,’ Maximillian said. ‘They then took him to another area and beat him again. The whole time he was handcuffed and restrained.

‘They knelt on his head, his neck, beat him, took his shoes off and tried to break his toes. At the same time they were removing jewellery off him and putting it into their pocket.’
According to what lawyers told Maximillian, the chaotic scenes lasted about 12 minutes before police turned up.
At the time, the victim looked ‘semi-unconscious and wasn’t holding his own neck with his head rolling’, his brother, who is set to become England’s first medical cannabis billionaire, claimed.
He added: ‘Police grabbed him, threw him straight to the floor, put another set of handcuffs on him so he had two sets on, then all eight officers decided to kneel on him while he was panicking.
‘Then a crowd of 50, 60 people gathered with some screaming “you’re going to kill him”. My brother was apparently pleading for his life.’
It is alleged Tobias then went into cardiac arrest. He died in Llatzer Hospital in Palma, five days after the incident.
Maximillian has now vowed to ‘close down’ the strip in Magaluf where the club is because it is not ‘controlled’.
He said: ‘I am not going to leave here, especially as his body is still here. I will buy the Magaluf strip and I will close it down permanently if I have to, because it’s a danger to people.’
Spanish police said they were called to reports of an assault on a nightclub bouncer by an ‘intoxicated person’.

They further state that Tobias had taken a mix of three different types of drugs and alcohol in his body that fatal night.
A spokesperson for Guardia Civil told Metro.co.uk: ‘This man was expelled from the nightclub for his aggressive behavior and refusal to wear a T-shirt.
‘The Guardia Civil responded to a notice from the establishment’s private security.
‘This man assaulted the doorman of the nightclub for which the Guardia Civil arrested him for a crime of injury.

Tobias’ family described him as a ‘loving dad’ and a ‘kind-hearted’ and ‘hardworking’ man.
They are now fighting to bring his body ‘back home’.
